Core Expands with Success

Core Telecom, independent telecommunications network, undergoes an extensive revamp as the company goes from strength to strength as the lead supplier of non-geographical numbers.

Core is becoming the leading figure in the telecoms market, recognisable by its top spot ranking when using search engine Google. So with success brings expansion, most notably in the array of new offices as well as the development of new branding initiatives to be launched at the end of May 2010.

Mazhar House, Bradford Road, completed in July 2009, is purpose built offices created to house Core Telecom Limited and accountancy firm M. Proudlock & Co, headed by Mahmood Mazhar and his brother Scott Wellings. The building, dedicated to the memory of their late father Syed Mohammed Mazhar, BComm, FCCA, who unfortunately passed away in 1993, is a tribute to modern design.

Created to house the expanding business and a place to set permanent roots, the offices cover 6,000 square foot in total with ample parking for up to 25 vehicles. Set over three floors, the building holds two impressive board rooms, a modern front of house reception, disabled access and staff amenities completed to a high standard. Open-plan minimalist layout gives a bright, comfortable and spacious working space for all employees.

Mazhar and Wellings contributed to the design of the new office space which was constructed by Huddersfield based DMC Ltd. The internal fixtures were implemented by ATS Interiors, with colour schemes and upholstery provided by Christine Yorath of Flats in Leeds.

With ambitious and highly skilled employees pouring into the company, it seemed fitting to have a base in the capital. The London based offices are located on Mortlake High Street providing integral links across the country and allowing Core Telecom to service a wider range of clientele.
